How much does it cost to rent the space?
Our weekend rentals offer flexibility based on your needs. You can reserve the space by the hour or choose from our 4-hour, 6-hour, or full-day (10-hour) packages. Hourly rates are also available for smaller events or add-on time. Reach out to us directly for our current pricing guide.
We do offer weekday and photographer rental pricing as well.
How far in advance should I place a reservation?
We recommend reserving everything as early as possible once you have your event booked. A 100% retainer fee will be due at the time of reservation along with a signed agreement. PLEASE NOTE: A proposal does not guarantee the availability of your rental and is ONLY confirmed with a payment and signed rental agreement.
What’s included with the rental?
Our space comes thoughtfully furnished and ready to go. Included in every rental:
Tables and chairs for up to 58 guests
A stylish lounge area
A large L-shaped island
Beautiful curated decor throughout
You’re welcome to bring in additional items or rentals, but many guests find the space picture-perfect as is.
Do you offer setup and teardown assistance?
Basic use of the space includes access during your rental window, and you are responsible for setup and cleanup within that time. However, we do offer add-on services for setup, teardown, or day-of coordination if you'd like a more hands-off experience.
What’s the parking situation?
Parking is free and easy! We have a private 10-space lot located behind the building. In addition, there’s 2-hour street parking available in front of the venue, and plenty of overflow parking within a short walk around town. Our guests have found parking to be smooth and stress-free during past events.
Is there a kitchen on-site?
We have a spacious island and prep area, but no full commercial kitchen. Warming dishes and catering set-ups are welcome, and our layout works beautifully for serving stations and buffets.
Can I take a tour of the space before booking?
Absolutely! We offer in-person tours by appointment. Reach out through our contact form or email us directly to schedule a visit.
Can I bring in my own vendors (caterer, planner, florist, etc.)?
We have a curated list of preferred vendors who know our space well and align with the experience we aim to provide. We highly recommend choosing from this list to ensure a smooth and beautiful event.
If you have a specific vendor in mind who is not on our list, outside vendors are permitted with prior approval. All outside vendors must agree to our venue guidelines.

Yes! While our space is beautifully furnished and includes tables and chairs for up to 58 guests, we also offer a selection of add-on rentals and curated tablescape packages to elevate your event.
From upgraded table settings and specialty glassware to lounge accents and backdrops, we’ve got you covered. Let us know your vision, and we can share our rental catalog or help you build a custom look.
