Our venue is available to rent for photoshoots, workshops, content creation, and intimate gatherings. Hourly and full-day options available.
Our weekend rentals offer flexibility based on your needs. You can reserve the space by the hour or choose from our 4-hour, 6-hour, or full-day (10-hour) packages. Hourly rates are also available for smaller events or add-on time. Reach out to us directly for our current pricing guide.
We do offer weekday and photographer rental pricing as well.
We recommend reserving everything as early as possible once you have your event booked. A 100% retainer fee will be due at the time of reservation along with a signed agreement. PLEASE NOTE: A proposal does not guarantee the availability of your rental and is ONLY confirmed with a payment and signed rental agreement.

You’re welcome to bring in additional items or rentals, but many guests find the space picture-perfect as is.
Basic use of the space includes access during your rental window, and you are responsible for setup and cleanup within that time. However, we do offer add-on services for setup, teardown, or day-of coordination if you'd like a more hands-off experience.
Parking is free and easy! We have a private 10-space lot located behind the building. In addition, there’s 2-hour street parking available in front of the venue, and plenty of overflow parking within a short walk around town. Our guests have found parking to be smooth and stress-free during past events.
We have a spacious island and prep area, but no full commercial kitchen. Warming dishes and catering set-ups are welcome, and our layout works beautifully for serving stations and buffets.
Absolutely! We offer in-person tours by appointment. Reach out through our contact form or email us directly to schedule a visit.
We have a curated list of preferred vendors who know our space well and align with the experience we aim to provide. We highly recommend choosing from this list to ensure a smooth and beautiful event.
If you have a specific vendor in mind who is not on our list, outside vendors are permitted with prior approval. All outside vendors must agree to our venue guidelines.
