It started with a vision I had over a decade ago, one that always held more than one lane. As a hairstylist by trade, opening the salon was the natural first step. But I’ve always been a creative at heart, a visionary who thrives when multiple passions are in motion. If I had the margin, I’d probably have a handful of degrees and careers by now. Hosting and celebrating the people I love has always been one of my greatest joys, which led to countless gatherings for friends, family, and my salon team over the years. But I always knew the dream would grow beyond that.

A few years ago, my mother-in-law Michelle and I launched White Peacock, a rental and design venture rooted in our shared love for creating meaningful, beautiful spaces. What started with two White Peacock Chairs: one old, one new, became a season of creativity, laughter, and partnership. We filled our inventory with pieces from across the country, some vintage, some new, many with personal stories attached.

That season helped shape what came next.

Now, my husband and I are stepping into something new, taking over this venue space as our own and transitioning out of White Peacock into a new chapter that reflects our shared heart. We’ve folded all the love, intentionality, and creative spirit of that former season into this one, building a space that welcomes gathering, celebrates people, and carries meaning in every detail.

But this is more than just a business to us, it’s a calling. Our hope is that this space becomes a reflection of the heart of Jesus: a place where people feel known, welcomed, and celebrated. A place where stories are shared, community is built, and joy is cultivated. Whether it's a bridal shower, baby shower, workshop, or something in between, we want each gathering here to feel like more than just an event...we want it to feel like home.

Our heart is for Strasburg. For this community. For growth, for connection, and for curating moments that matter. We believe beauty draws people in, but belonging keeps them rooted. And as we step into this next chapter as a husband-and-wife team, we carry not only our experience, but our faith, our passion for hospitality, and our desire to create spaces that make room for what truly matters.
