How far in advance should I place a reservation?

We recommend reserving everything as early as possible once you have your event booked. A 50% retainer fee will be due at the time of reservation along with a signed agreement. The remaining balance will be due one full week before pick up or delivery. PLEASE NOTE: A proposal does not guarantee the availability of your rental items and is ONLY confirmed with a paid deposit and signed
rental agreement.

If I rent items for a Saturday or Sunday event how many rental days will I be charged?

We understand most events are one day events. Our weekend rentals are Saturday to Monday and are usually charged for a one day rental. Often, we will allow pick up or delivery the day before the event depending on our inventory and availability of items. We prefer to have the return of items the day after the event but work with you on the pickup depending on details of each event location.

Can I choose between pickup and delivery?

Yes. Delivery fees are determined by the distance traveled, the total size of your order, the labor involved, and times requested for delivery and/or pick up and any venue restrictions. Delivery time will be determined and confirmed in your final signed rental agreement. Depending on the size of your order and mode of transportation, we do allow you to pick up your order. Furniture can only be picked up with a FULLY enclosed vehicle. Your order will be packed and ready for you at the time of pickup, however, we ask that you come prepared with blankets to wrap and cushion larger pieces as well as straps to secure your load and keep the rental items in place.

What if something is broken or lost?

Rental items are your responsibility from delivery to retrieval by us, or from pick up to return by you. Replacement fees vary from item to item, major costs to replace or repair rental items are outlined in the Replacement Cost Information form and is agreed upon by the renter.

Can rental pieces be used outside?

You can, however, please be mindful of their placement to not incur any additional fee if significant damage has taken place.
RENTAL ITEMS MUST NOT BE LEFT OUTSIDE OVERNIGHT, regardless of what the weather forecast may been. When placing rugs outside, it is strongly recommended to place a tarp or drop cloth underneath so that the rugs don’t get wet or stained from the grass.

Can I make changes or cancel my rental?

We understand that you may have changes to your order, especially if you reserve early. Should you wish to cancel a portion of your order or make substitutions, please note the following:
*Cancellation of rental agreement less than 60 days prior to the event
date will result in forfeiture of the 50% retainer’s fee.
*Changes will be considered, and rental items may be removed or exchanged, if your rental order does not decrease by more than 20% and changes are made greater than 30 days prior to your event date.

What if I can't find what I'm looking for?

If you’re looking for something to rent and we don’t have it, please ask us! If we think we will have the opportunity to rent something in the future, we will consider adding items to our inventory! Otherwise, we love supporting our community and can recommend other vendors for you.

Can I view your inventory in person?

To provide the best possible service, all our inventory viewings are scheduled by appointment. Please contact us to make an appointment.
